It is submitted that as my mobile phone mi note three had charging problem i had called on your service station landline number [protected] at 11.19 am today. Your representative told me that i can ecome to your service station at ansal plaza on ferozepur road and they will check the mobile. At around 5.11 pm, i reached your service station at the said place after which i got token from the lone lady receptionist there who told me that she will call me after my token number is announced. For around 20 minutes i sat on the bench hoping that my turn will come as there were just two more customers with token numbers ahead of me. However the lady kept on going in the working and attended only one customer in around twenty minutes. Fed up, i walked out of the place as i found your staff chatting and not paying heed to customers which can be confirmed from the cctv footage there. Later when i called on the landline number, your staff member manpreet singh told me that they have just one receptionist and even advised me to lodge a complaint. I was shocked to see the behavior of your staff members who care little about customers and instead waste their time by indulging in needless chatting... Was this information helpful? |
