Dear sir i have sold redmi 4, 4gb ram and 64 gb internal memory. The hand set automatically not functioning at about 20day ago i have visit redmi service center and they have checked hand set and told its motherboard has not working.
The hand set on the warranty period please replace my hand set or repair according to warranty period. I request you to define the warranty of redmi 4 hand set and send me my complaint number for further legal process if my hand set not repair or replace please. My invoice no-[protected] dated-06.10.2017
