Xiaomi India — redmi 5a product got faulty within 2 month | |
Dear team, My name is vinay kumar sharma. I have purchased a new phone redmi 5a by flipkart, dated-14th oct 2018 got faulty. When i visited at service center rewa (M. P.) for repairing the phone, denied to serve under warranty. Phone is in perfect condition & don't have a single scratch/physical damage. But service center is asking there is some internal fault & demanding to pay 1350/- for the repairing. Also behaving very unprofessionally and language was also very bad which is not acceptable any how. This type of behavior with customer is not good for any service provider organization. I have blind faith in mi brand and expect proper response from the company as well. My whole family using mi phones only & first time i am facing sach type of problem.
