Xiaomi India — redmi note 5.phone band

I have purchased mi note 5 phone. Its purchased date does not exceded 6 month, means it is under warranty. It kept bend means not straight. When i go the mi service centre office then they said that it is bend due to some weight in your pocket, means they said it is your (My) fault. So i register my complaint at your end. My mobile no.
