Xiaomi India — redmi y1 lite phone burn under warranty but not good response services center & mi senior officer

I had purchased redmi y1 lite mobile which is of 16gb it has not completed one year and one day i was talking from mobile and suddenly the mobile get heated and smoke starts coming out of just beacause of it my mobile get burnt... When i take that mobile to service center then the people of customer care told me that i have to pay 50% of it then u will get a open box mobile which will be has not any warranty... Then i said why should i pay 50% payment when my mobile is in warranty period... This fault is frm ur side you have to give me a new mobile... Then the manager of mi service center said that we are not saying these all things... These all words are of mi... Then i said to them that first i talk with mi 's people then i'll get back to you... Then i complaint on friday in mi and mi give me a complaint number and they said that they will call me in 24 hours... Then i make a call in preet vihar customer care of mi and told them that mi has given me time of 24 hours they will call me in 24 hrs... Bt i didnt get any call from mi... Infact 24 hours has been completed... Then i called to mi and i told them that u are going to call me in 24 hrs bt u dint make any call to me... They started giving me excuses.. The service center is doing conference call to the backend team of customer care and they said to the customere care that talk with our customer.. I dont know that what's that to do with them.. I just want to know tge answer that we customer are fool that you are making us fool... I dnt know that why mi's customer care is not calling me... And if they want to talk in conference like this.. Then they had to told me first day tha they people can't help me... Why they said to me for wait... Please give me my answer its my humble request..

Give me something like that i didnt get any mail... When i send you mail then i received mail that as the service center told you that is correct infact servixe center didnt tell me that we have got the report of your mobile... Have a look on it.. They only said one thing that you pay here 50% and take your phone... We can only do this or nothing else... And service center can call me twice a day but mi customer care is saying that my number is not reachable... What is this... When service center is calling then they are connecting call in conference with mi for my conversation... But mi is not able to call me personally... When service center call me then they said we will help you to talk with mi customer care... If they are not reachable.. They also can send me a message... They didn't send me any msg... When service center is not reachable then they send a msg.. What does they mean... The mi a big company is going on.. And they can't put a option that if the customer's phone is not reachable then a message will be send to customer automatically... Infact this option is with them which is going by your company... I just need my answers... They said this is critical but they can't do anything in this critical thing... Even i m getting your mail system i am sending you mail.. Before that i didn't get any mail of yours... If you can't do any mail to your customer then why do you guys ask for a mail don'k ask..

Mi customer care called me after complaining of one week... And they closed the complaint without contacting me... They did'nt tell me anything... They only told me that our team will talk to you in 24 hours... I waited for their call for 24 hours bt they dint call me... I send them mail then they mailed me tht they have closed my complaint... How can they do this and how can they closed my complaint without contacting me... Is customer waiting for their call that they will closed the complaint without my permission and without contacting me after that they called me after 1 week then i told them all the situation... Then they said that they will call me in 24 hours.. And i didn't get any call yet...1 week has completed bt i didn't get any call... Tell me one thing are you making fool of customers... I didn't get any response... My phone is in warranty and i didn't get any solution yet.. Mi's backend team and service center's people make fool of customers.. Only service center can call directly they don't talk with customers directly... I think that they guys are waiting for completing the warranty period in next 30 days... And then they will send the mobile in wear house. Almost 1 month will be complete my phone is in service center... And mi's team is saying that they will call me in 24 hours.. I will be 1 month now but i didnt get any response... Mi's service center and backend team only make fool or customers they dont know anything else

They speak every time that 24 hours i will call but they do not get any calls and my phone has been over 1 month so far i have not received any response.

I have purchased mi band 3 28 September, 2018.I pay double payment this product .so I contact xiaomi costumers to refund my amount and they told 9 oct your payment was made on that day but my refund amount not credited into my account so I request to you please proceed my refund and the oder I'd [protected]
I had ordered MI band 3 20 days back but cancelled the order no [protected]. I have not received any refund. I have called many to call center and many mails to service id but no reply.
