Now the phone is not working properly
Keys are suddenly stop working and the phone giving no response.
I visit to nearest service centre but they can't help about this
I am from raigarh cg

And I want a replacement of my defective product against the defective one

i have purchased redmi note 3 nine month ago from amazon. now navigation button stopped working. and bottom part of touch also stop responding. my mobile is still in warranty but when i give my mobile to service center in rajkot (Gujarat), they refused to take in service. please help me..
