[Resolved] Xiaomi India — Refund not received for Order id [protected] | |||||
Order id = [protected] Name = Debojyoti Paul I ordered a redmi note 3 from xiaomi on 30/3/2017. Later I changed my mind and canceled the order. Payment was done using Visa Debit Card. I got a mail from xiaomi that my refund was initiated on 2/4/2017 and i would receive the refund in 5 to 10 days. As of 20/4/2017 I am yet to receive my refund. I contacted xiaomi India and sent my bank statement to them showing that no money had been refunded. The told me to go check with the bank which I already did. Was this information helpful? | |||||
