I ordered a redmi note 3 from xiaomi on 30/3/2017. Later I changed my mind and canceled the order. Payment was done using Visa Debit Card.

I got a mail from xiaomi that my refund was initiated on 2/4/2017 and i would receive the refund in 5 to 10 days. As of 20/4/2017 I am yet to receive my refund.

I contacted xiaomi India and sent my bank statement to them showing that no money had been refunded. The told me to go check with the bank which I already did.

I have purchase 8 April on xioame online shopping..

Speaker and sensor not r working how to replace immediately...

You may visit the Redmi authorized service center which is near to you to solve the prole. They will do the needful with freee of cost if you phone is under warntee.
