I had placed an order at Mi Store through online on 08/07/2021 with order id [protected] which is Mi 11 Ultra 5g Ceramic Black 12GB+256GB which I paid Rs.68, 000 from Gpay with transaction ID[protected]. Due to delay in delivery, I canceled the order on 16/07/2021 and waited till the given timeline for the refund to be reflected to my source account but I did not get any refund amount till now. I had already contacted your customer care with complaint id WOIN[protected] for delaying the refund and later re-initiated the refund by your end team on 02/08/2021 and told me to wait for 3 days but I still do not get any email or message regarding the refund and it still shows "Processing Return" instead of "Refund succeed" in mi store. Today is 7th August, I still do not get my refund. The given timeline is far exceeded and failed for 2 times as you promised. This is making me mental stress. Please, resolve asap.
