Xiaomi India — regarding warranty

I purchased redmi note 4 (Black, 64 gb) on[protected]. My invoice numbers is #faba6d[protected] and order id - od[protected]. I got a sms from vk-xiaomi that my warranty period is over but the fact is that my warranty period valid upto 20.10.2018. Kindly take suitable i steps.
I visited bally customer service center at bally, howrah, west bengal india on 24.09.2018. Person of the service center check my phone and make necessary servicing they change the battery. The person charged rs.1356 for the said work although my warranty period is not over. Kindly take suitable steps in this regards.
