Actuall i purchased xiaomi redmi note 3 in 2 and half weeks only. The problem is. When am calling some persons. And the phone is reched to ear side the phone light is off and when am take back the set from ear side the phone back light not lighting. I want to press lock button to. Work the back light. The compliant is happening 1st time i think. The screen card problem so i removed autherised screen card of xiaomi redmi not 3. But still the problem is happening. What to do. I am feeling very sad. THey are not responding to the status of my phone.The phone rings and they dont pick. If they pick the call they just bang or hold the phone.
There was a problem of camera and for that they asked me to change its mother board.
The office is very uncomfortable, broken chairs, no fan or working AC.
Its been more than 10 days.
