Xiaomi India — service center behaviour | |||
Dear Sir/Mam, I would like to inform you that I have purchased Redmi Note 3 on[protected] Pone was good and still in working condition but before 2 month ago phone battery was drained so I visit ODIGI service center sector 2 noida they ask to change my battery so I did but still the battery issue happen again and now they said that you opened your phone from any outside shop. and not changed my battery also they lost my SIM Tray and not accepting all the thing this is ridiculous. Kindly take appropriate action and resolve my problem other wise I will raise the same on consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||
