Xiaomi India — Service centre denied to provide the service and misbehaved | |||
Hello, I am loyal customer of Xiaomi and I have been using the products of Mi from the last 5-6 years and this time I faced an issue with the service My mobile phones screen got damaged so I submitted my phone and they repaired, after almost 10-15 days my phone again faced an issue, the back cover starts opening on its own so I went and they charged me a huge amount of 2700 something and told me the battery is swollen and it needs to get replaced. Again after 10-15 days thee upper panel of my phone starts opening so I went and this time the guy started to shout on me and denied to provide service. I have a proof of him as well. I already paid so much money and because of their bad behaviour I am not been able to work properly. It afffected my mental health and its sheer misbehavior.
