[Resolved] Xiaomi India — service of mobile in mi service not under warranty not done. | |||
I have purchase a mobile “redmi 3s-sim free-in-gray” serial no - [protected] on dated[protected], order id-od[protected] through flip kart, at shipping address d. C. Sharma, flat-102, pramukh nagar, isnapur, patancharu. Since starting i have facing heating problem during charging that we think due to metal body. On 12th april’17 morning, due to i have plan to go early in a marriage function so approx. At 4.45am put on charging and a have been busy freshness. Approx. 5.15am i have seen phone was off condition. When, i have done set on some, charr-charr sound comes from inside. Phone is fully in-close so no option to see / open as i can see what happen. Next day i have searched service center to nearest my address. On my weekly off day 15th april’2017 i have gone to mi exclusive service center-kukatpally, hyderabad and deposit mobile against service order - wxin[protected]. Service madam tell that for inspection taken more than 4hrs. So i have left service center to come back after inspection. Same time one service engineer quarrel with other lady customer regarding out of service and charges that ic damaged and will be charges. I am feeling that problem can come like this. I have dial phone[protected] on 12th april after 4pm many times but nobody received call. At 7.20pm i have received a sms that inspection is completed and out of warranty come to service center. When i have meet at service center on 17th april, service madam tell us that mobile ic damage due to water it is out of warranty, service charge is rs.7900 (Seven thousand nine hundred) but i have purchase of r.6999 (Six thousand nine hundred ninety nine). Sir, i am heartily say some internal problem was inside set. But your service engineer told that moisture that can be environmental moisture. This reason, i am not understood. I am only thinking that example of good service of mi redmi style. This is only for not giving customer service/ warrantee. But, this mobile is from my hard working money so i do not rest. I have done at last position. At 5.00am no chance of water i have told that it has damaged due to overheating due to metal body. I am also electrical & electronics engineer working since 30years. I have request to your kind self to look into the matter seriously for repairing or replacing mobile set. My mobile is with service center till to date not ok condition. I have sent mails to customer care but no solution till now/ to date. Was this information helpful? | |||
Jul 28, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Sir, till to date no solution of service of my mobile phone. Today, I have recieved phone call from +918067486601 from MI office he said that as per service center mobile has moisture damage that can be atmospheric. and not under warranty repairing charge are more than purchase price we can consider 20% rivet in service charge Rs 8000/- against purchase cost I told him that in morning has damage during charging that have hotting condition in morning no chance of water. If mobile can damaged due to atmospheric moisture that case mobile component should be work in atmospheric moisture because we can control only physical from water, We can not control atmospheric moisture. I can safe mobile from direct/physically from water. I say that mobile has not fall in water. If mobile can damaged due to atmospheric moisture. This is not my fault. MI person tell us only what Service center person give report, They can not think what cause are possible. As per my servery maximum complain happen in same condition. So request to you to be consider for best at your end. | |||
