when my courier arrived to Ahmadabad, no one called me regarding my shipping update, i find blue dart contact number menually

when i called courier boy 10 times and tired after that he called me and said that my shipment is lost(theft mobile in blue dart)

In short: anything happened with my shipping, XIAOMI is responsible for that
