I got a faulty product (in the name of "Polarized Sunglasses") and it is so-called a "Standard Size", unfortunately, three adults at my home are either unable to wear a standard size or the definition of "Standard" is not correct at your end OR the product is faulty.
so far my experience with Mi says that the product is OKAY but it is me who has issues with Standard Size (this is what I have been told). Nonetheless, I booked an appointment for a Service Store that say that they don't have a way of dealing with Sunglasses. They are just saying live with the product or do whatever, they don't care about it. Customer care is saying if Service Center cant do much then we are helpless too.
What do I do? Forget about my hard-earned money?
Now what?
