Xiaomi India — Touchpad not working properly

I purchased Redmi 3s prime gold before a week. Everything is ok but sometimes. Touch is not working an hour. I complaint regarding the issue of customer care they ask me to the procedure but still failure . I tried restart as well as hardware and software checking with code *#*#6484#*#* still not working. Please how can I solve the problem my cell. Kindly mail me

Updated by aadilbhat I tried all tricks as customer care ask me to do but still having the problem. Kindly fix the problem as soon as possible or replace my cell.

I purchased 3s prime phone on 3rd Feb n today I noticed that when m getting out of any app by touching back button it's not vibrating... I never thought that only after 20 days I will start facing problems... What the hell is this
