An order was placed for tv and 2 accessories on jul 17, later i had called on the same day to cancel the order # is [protected] but the executive told that the order cant be cancelled now because it has already been dispatched. So, they asked not to take the delivery, so that the order will be cancelled automatically. Then again when i called mi customer care, they told delivery company returned the product on jul 27, so the refund request was initiated on jul 27 which is 10 days from order date. Today when i had called the customer care, they are asking to wait for 8 to 10 working days.
My concern why did the delivery company returned the tv 10 days later when they were able to give me tv in one day (Jul 18). And why was the refund request initiated only on jul 27 inspite me calling on jul 17 and before jul 27 to initiate the refund
Even if you initiated on july 27 2018 it's more then 14 working days. This is how you serve customers
Till today i haven't got call even after raising complaint and if call customer care they don't have proper information
Can any one help me.. For them it's small amount for me 23, 000 is big and i am continuously calling them from past 10 days but they don't have that curtosy to give us proper information it's not mi money it's customer money Was this information helpful? |
