Xiaomi India — used and incorrect product received | |||
We ordered an xiaomi capsule headset from the mi app. Order # [protected]. We received a package on 7th september 2017. When we opened the package it was well packed and there was no capsule headset. Instead inside the capsule box there was a old and used headset which was kept inside. We took pictures of the same and made complaints to the customer service and the incidence #[protected]. I have spoken to the floor manager mr. Veeranna, tl - karthick and many more.. However according to them the pic which i have sent seems to be a used box and i was told that my headset will not be replaced. This is literally cheating a customer by first sending a sms of the product availability and then after ordering sending a used product and later denying the customer a correct product. If this is the trend of mi india i will would have to take extreme steps to put this on media. The amount maybe small but the dissatisfaction level about ur product delivery and customer service is pathetic and i would want to bring this to the indian public.
