Xiaomi India — way of talking of a employe in mi service center in dumka jharkhand

Myself kundan gorai. I have one mi note 4 (4-64). Yesterday i vist your service center which is located in dumka Jharkhand. The problem was in mother bord in my mobile i gobe there and talking with your employe but he ingore me and takling with his frnd in his mobile. I waited till 10min then he talking with me but he is not polite his way of talking is very rude. So i am not satisfied with you company.
