Xiaomi India — wifi and network problem

If i write a harsh comment, i don't know what this company will do but i don't have another option. So i am so frustrated and irritated with this device. I feel like throwing it into a garbage. I have submitted a complaint already but there is no reply at all. It will be good if this company will help me as soon as possible. Please help me.

Updated by Kencho Wangchuk Every time I get disconnected to WiFi and do not even get a chance to see a video also as others enjoy watching.
