Xiaomi India — worst service and false commitment | |||
Dear sir, ... Toooooo bad service... I have never been purchased your cell phone or other product in future due to tooooo bad service of xiaomi. Coz recently i have purchase a phone which is redmi note 6 pro. And i have received that phone on 08/04/2019 but there display issue in my that display is toooo dull as compare ur another redmi note 6 pro. And regarding this issue i made call to your service centre on dated 18/04/2019. Your customers care executive told me that my phone is under replacement warranty. And ur backend team will call me tomorrow till 12 '0' clock. But no has call me. But when i called him they told me that ur request we received on 19/04/2019 and our backend team will call you or tell you that ur ph is going to replace or not. But no is bothered to call me. And when i again call ur customer care to talk to some senior person they put my ph on hold for half an hour or 1 hour and then ph is automatically going cut.. I have recording of all the conversation. My complaint no:- woin[protected] which was raised in 18/0/2019 on 8:45 pm. Your customers care is mis guiding the customer Tell me who is responsible of my ph. And is this a way to treat a customer... Xiaomi customer care is harassing me..
