Xiaomi India — written a complaint for fraud of im service center | |
I am Mohammed siddiq Ali from Hyderabad I used Redmi Note 5. it's a fantastic phone. so few days back my phone was fall down so my phone is not start again and it's little bit bend from the back cover.I went to service center at abids Hyderabad so they check my invoice and they asked 120 rs, I said my phone is still in warranty why are you charging for they were starting arguing. I just keep quit at that time. after two hours they called me and asking me rs 12563.46 for repairing I said no need to repair then I went to again the service center then I asked for bill of 120 rs they deny to give me and they was very rude behavior on me. after that they give the bill but they won't stamp and sing on it they are deny to do it. then I called costumer care they deny to help me please rectify my problem tell me why they are taking money when my phone is in warranty. please take action and compensation ASAP or else I have to go to consumer court will take legal action I trust on india law. please find the attachment I am sending you inspection sheet its mention better have to change but my better is in good working and I don't know for they charging about Rs 12563.26.
