My Poco x3 pro is certainly dead during a calling. My phone is under warranty I bought it from Flipkart on 20/08/2021. So visit Mi service center and they says they can't repair it because after the new update that model is going to dead and company don't send motherboard for that device. So I have to replace my phone with a low quality phone provided by them. My Poco X3 Pro is cost me 19000/ 8GB Ram and 860 snapdragon processor, and they offered Mi note 10 pro which price is 16000/ with 6GB Ram and 732G snapdragon processor. There is no match with these devices. And my phone is under warranty and it's company fault that they can't provide service to their customers so why should I forced to take that offered phone only.
I asked them for another device with extra rest of amount paid by me but they also denied. After so many time visit service center I tweet them. So they asked me to collect job sheet number. But from service center they told me they can't take my phone on hold to give me Job sheet. I have to take that offerd phone on the same day after they verify my replacement.
After I re tweet they send me a link on Twitter to fill a form and submit, but no response from them after submitting. Why should we suffer when it's company fault. Why there is a warranty policy on that phone when Mi Company can't repair it. I don't want other low quality phone I want my phone repaired or other devices option. Was this information helpful? |
