Xiaomi — REDMI Note 9 PRO Max

Dear Sir / Mam
I purchased my new mobile on 03 March 2021. Mi note 9 Pro max. I charged in my office but it was frquent disconnect of charge happened. Then I waited for next to happen below 30℅ Then I charged 04 March 2021 by midnight. I could see after sometime the carge got frequently disconnected and took video evidence of the same. 05 March I reached nearest Mi care centre in 100 feet road velacherry and raised this issue around 11 Am with evidence I recorded. But the service center reception Mr. Prashant told that he needs to check can't take my evidence as it was connected I'm junction box. I told him I want to show the reality. And then he gave to engineer Mr. Raja and there was job card created. For almost 2 Hours went I was there still and they never told about any update. Whenever I ask Mr prashant he replied it's on check. But by 13:30 I started to ask about my mobile status. After that Mr. Raja came out and told that there is no issue and he has updates the Software also. But never they request for the software updation. And Mr. Raja told that if problem comes again you bring I will initiate the replacement. The same problem happen to my wife mobile MI A2. But they told 7 days completed so we could only change the mother board and give back.
I started to ask about the service report with all information they did for more than 2:30 hrs but then only service job sheet made by 13:44 saying cannot charge. But iw rote in their paper about some input what I raised . Such as reconnect charge and loose bottom mobile board connector.

I connect Tollfree customer care and reported about the issue. And also they spoke with Mr. Prashant. Then I started to ask about my report but Mr. Raja and Mr. Prashant refused to give report and they asked my mobile again. I asked you had my mobile for 2:30 hrs now why u ask again. Please provide the report whatever you checked and did for that mobile, I requested. But they strongly disagree If at all I gave my mobile only they will give my report they demanded but insecure I came back and raised the same on Tollfree Mi care. Today morning 06 March 2021 by 7 Am I checked the problem came as connect nd disconnect of charge. I took evidence of the same.

I need my money back because of the rude behaviour and poor customer support.

I own Mi product of mobile already1. Note pro 5, 2. Mi A2, 3. Mi 8 - 2 nos4.Mi 9

And Mi TV - 49 inches.
Being an reputed customer and reputed brand I was with Mi but now I am totally disagree. My wife already told me she never want MI after A2 issue.

Yesterday not even 1 glass water I had. Water can was there but not refilled. I am a patient not clearly defined about the timing also. Almost 3 Hrs I spent without any proper care. Yesterday night also no proper sleep.
