Hi! This is sai srinivas seepana. This is my third product ordered from mi brand. I had ordered mi tv 32"including extended warranty and wall mount from mi.com dated on 8th sep 2018. The wall mount was received on 14th sep 2018 by e kart and thank for your service. But the mi tv was delivered too delayed and a very poor services provided by bluedart. With the tracking number i followed the updated status daily from bluedart website and find myself the office address in golaghat and communicated with office personnel staff and received the product to my address. Bluedart was simple updating status in the website that consignee address incomplete and simply lie-in that address label wasn't not provided. But the address label was provided by mi kindly refer the attachment photos. At last, my mi tv product was delivered on 15th sep 2018 and raised the installation request on the same day, got sms with token number b48506 that installation will be done on 16th sep 2019 at 6 - 8pm. I had waitied until 8:40pm but still no call received from service engineer and installation was not done. I had called customer care executive at 08:40pm, dated on 16th sep 2018 and raised for the complaint no: woin[protected].
