Xiaomi Technology India Pvt Ltd — mi tv delivered broken

Dear sir,

I had placed an order for mi 4x tv (55 inches) through mi.com and got it delivered through blue dart courier on 6th feb, i placed a request for a tv installation and got the person very next day.. As the service person was installing the tv it got damaged, immediately i informed the customer service and raised a complaint. I was told that i will be getting a new tv immediately but no response from them.

The service technician handled the tv without care and broke it but mi india is harassing me. The customer service personnel or very rude.
