Xiphais Consultancy — refund policy

I have applied for express entry, canada as my wife as first applicant. We have paid rs. 75, 000 xiphias consultancy. I have called xiphias bangalore office a dozen times. Earlier they picked our calls and now after seeing our phone number nobody is attending our calls. We just need our hard earned money back. You people can take 10 or 20% commission as your service (Still no processing had been done). We don’t want any of your service. Kindly refund our rest of money.
