Xnchfamsed Mumbai Mah — application for proof of transaction failure from merchant side

I had a transaction done on 1/08/2019 at 11.15 pm through online for aiims new delhi and 4 other central government hospitals recruitment to the post of nursing officer 2019 of rs1515/-rupees on xnchfamsed mumbai. My amount was debited from my account but the transaction was failure, but i did not receive any transaction id or any other proof of transaction failure from merchant side. I registered a compliant to my concerned bank, they asked me to submit proof of transaction failure. So please provide me proof of transaction failure or refund my amount as soon as possible.
