Xolo — Few apps not running.

Recently I bought a XOLO ERA 2X 3GB.
Expected to run all kinds of apps but as I installed Facebook app and tried to open, a dialogue box appears stating "unfortunately, Facebook has stopped"
Not only Facebook, but also Instagram is also showing the same thing. And these are the apps that I have tried recently only.. I even tried them first uninstalling and then reinstalling but the same problem is still persisting. Please help me out to give a good review for this phone.

I purchased XOLO era1 model mobile but my mobile network is not working properly for 4G sim. Sometimes it works in gsm and sometimes in wcdma but not work properly in 4G mode and sometimes no any network for 4G. I ry highly appreciated to u that please resolve my network problem.
