[Resolved]  Xolo — I'm Complaining about Xolo Black 2GB version

I have purchased Xolo Mobile (version mentioned above) from snapdeal in the month of Jan 2016.
My mobile, whenever i open an app, it shows that the app has crashed. Even when the apps are closed, it shows that the system UI has crashed.The touch was not responding.
I went to Xolo's authorized service centre in Nizamabad. They first said that the problem will be solved after replacing the touchpad. They did replace my touchpad. But still the problem with respect to apps continues.
I again took the issue to the service centre where they now asked for replacing the motherboard. They have replaced the motherboard. But my phone still sends the same notifications with respect to applications being crashed.
Now i'm fed up with this. I request for either replacement or refund.

I am Nayan from ahmedabad gujarat.I purchased this phone 2 month back.when I connect to the charger, it is showing charging symbol but actually it is not charging.Battery % remains same as before connecting. So please provide me service centre detail where should I go.
