I have received a product which is not in working condition.. Kindly initiate a refund for the same and the product has been sent back thru the reverse logistics.. Please kindly look into the matter and i want my refund..
After this they have sent me another watch which is also same not in working condition later on i spoke to them.. No proper response from them... Kindly watch the video o[censored]nboxing the product..
I request for a refund for this product..

i have got my refund from zookr.in after i sent the unboxing video and even the charging video... kindly to all the customers when u want to send a complain mail regarding ur default product. use these email id's in the "cc" to make sure that u surely get ur refund.. [email protected] [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] i have got these email id's from some of our complaintie.. so i followed him it worked out for me.. u ppl also got cheated by zookr.in by getting faulty product so im informing u ppl
