Kindly initiate a refund for the same and the product has been sent back thru the reverse logistics.. Please kindly look into the matter and i want my refund.. After this they have sent me another watch which is also same not in working condition later on i spoke to them.. No proper response from them... Feb 7, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved i have got my refund from zookr.in after i sent the unboxing video and even the charging video... kindly to all the customers when u want to send a complain mail regarding ur default product. use these email id's in the "cc" to make sure that u surely get ur refund..
