[Resolved] Xpressbees Courier — Not been to deliver the order | |||||
I had ordered some sarees from voonik. The expected date was 30th july. But i received a message yesterday at 8:11pm that one of my products is out for delivery. But before that i had received a message from voonik that the delivery was unsuccessful, couldn't reach you at 7:54pm. Was so disappointed. But the sad thing is that the xpressbees neither called me nor send me a message saying i could collect from the office. So how can they say that the courier packet could not be delivered? So i request you to kindly look into the matter so that it doesn't happen again. Was this information helpful? | |||||
