Had order some product from paytm dated 9th Jan 2017 having order no #[protected]. This order is shiped through your coriour having tracking no #[protected]. Their is no call received from your executive nor they reach address given in order. I am contacting to customer care through mail from last 1 week, but no response from them. Their is no phone call or other contact from executive & now no response from your side in mail Was this information helpful? | |||

Vide above reference I ordered a material after prepaying for which I received a message that the your address is out of our service area. Now, please make it clear to me that while receiving the order and payment why you not rejected the order and payment when your service is not in my area. please do needfull and arrange to deliver my parcel.
