My order (Order id-od[protected] ordered on date 04/09/19 ordered by simranjeet singh (Me) has been continuously giving the utmost inconvenience a customer can ever have, since 7-8 days i've been calling to flipkart customer care no. And the solutions given to me are-please wait for 24-48 hours the product will be delivered. Finally i called the shipping company xpress bees with my order no. As[protected] and i've finally been told today (13/09/19) that my product is under investigation and has found tempered or lost. I being a customer raise this huge inconvenience caused to me. Please give me a satisfactory solution by giving me my money back that is already been paid of amount 14999/- through my debit card or send another (Replacement) order for delivery under 48-72 hours. Eitherwise i will have no choice but to file a case and sue the company. Was this information helpful? | |
