Xpressbees Logistics — Delivery boy did not pick calls from my customer

My shipment delivery was to be made on 22 july 2020 bit for some unknown reasons you guys changed it to 23 july 2020. Your delivery guy called my client (Courier recipient) n told that delivery wil be made today. Afterwards the delivery was not made and my client is complaining that your delivery guy did not recieved his calls. My client called him atleast 5 times. Later on now tracking status says future delivery requested by customer.
This is not at all fair. If this type of delivery is gonna happen i personally wil take care my future deliveries are not done with you guys. I am into reselling business i know how this all works. Kindly look into this n revert back asap.
