[Resolved] Xpressbees Logistics — delivery boy didn't deliver my product

Today my product has to be delivered to me but the delivery boy didn't deliver the product.

The delivery boy called me at 12:28 and i was not able to pick the call for some reason and when i see the missed call i called him back again just after 12 minutes i got the call and the delivery boy rejected my call and didn't even call me back and i got this message.

The address and phone number i have given them is absolutely correct because the delivery boy received the product from home on february 7, 2020 successfully with no problem and today he has a lot of problem returning my product back

I received massage from xpress bees on 19th feb 2020 for pick up parcel from my register address. pick up number is[protected]. but still not pick up process done . it is already late and i tried pick up boys mobile no, no reply from him.
