Xpressbees Logistics — Delivery boy is not contacting me and changed the delivery status to RTO

My AWB No. is[protected].
I had applied for a door-to-door warranty service from boar for a product. They replaced the product and sent that via xpressbees. The product has reached the nearest hub on 8th july, 2021. But the delivery has not been done. The delivery boy never contacted me. Instead they changed the delivery status to different status like I was not available etc. They have now changed the status to RTO. They never contacted me. Never. I also contacted Xpressbees customer service but they did nothing . Why Xpressbees harasses customers? This is very bad .
