They returned my shipment to the bank saying the pincode is wrong. They also did a fake attempt entry in the system where they told that the customer is not available and phone number was not reachable. I was at home on 27th july 2019 and my phone was on the entire day. Next they gave a message that it is out for delivery on 1st aug 2019 (After 5 days) i took off from work and stayed back at home, nobody attempted to deliver. The status is still showing as out for delivery. I tried reaching customer care and they told it has been returned to the bank, how is that possible when i called the customer care every day 5 times to get a status and schedule priority delivery. Every time i called them up, they told within 24 hours they will deliver. They don't have ethics or responsibility that the package might be very important for the recipient. They are not professional at all.
