Dear Sir.
Due to fake updates & unprofessional behavior of xpress bees courier boys every day I have to face huge loss.
Because of them RTO graph increase. Most interesting part of their unprofessional behavior is that without calling customers they update status customers want open delivery when we cross check it with our esteemed Customers they start cursing my mother. My mother is not for curses. They start asking for proofs. Now today many clients cursed me and threaten me to drag in court.
If same thing happened. I will drag xpress bees in court also. Sir I am sharing some tracking I'ds where fake updates had been given that customers wasn't available but in reality no one visited nor called them.
