Xpressbees Logistics — I am a seller on elanic. my sold products which are not delivered to buyer are never returned back to me by xpressbees courier company

I am a seller on elanic website and when multiple products of mine are refused at delivery by the buyers, the courier partner xpressbees is never returning them back to me. They are keeping my couriers with them and i am losing my products.

Here is the details of elanic order ID with AWB tracking. Also attaching snapshots of the same.

Issue 5: Order id: 688983 : Major issue : Product picked up on 11th April. Have pickup slip, and other proofs like snapshot/call recordings, but courier partner has mentioned pickup not done. I am suspecting my package has been misplaced by them . In the meanwhile order cancelled by buyer. Now no way to track. No tracking details in expressbees tracking website with AWB number.

Hi.. i have ordered the product from club factort on 18 april received mail stateing shipment number and still the status is showing not available even contacf no is wrng plz help.
