Xpressbees Logistics — I am not receiving my product after 14 days of ordering | |||
Its over 13 days of ordering my product and over 4th day of due shipping parcel was supposed to be at my doorstep on 23 oct and its arriving 27th and still my order was at Xpressbees faculty office such a disgusting service of xpressbees earlier also i have one of my order with xpressbees and at that time also it arrived 28 days after ordering. 1. Their customer care was also disgusting firstly they aren't picking up the calls and after that they promised me that it will be delivered 24hour after late delivery and still no clue of my product. 2. Its my due pledge to amazon please don't ever handover to xpresdbees service i never experienced this bad before. 3. there's no restriction nowadays of covid and still they xpressbees says due to covid restriction wtf they are 4. I asked customer service that where is my product lying in this world that i can go and take it myself because you aren't supposed to deliver they said " the actual location of product was not shown there it will be there to you by 24 hours" and still no clue. Please take serious action to these types of fraud and worthless courrier services otherwise i will be publishing in consumer court this time.
