Xpressbees Logistics — I have not received my courier from two days | |
My courier arrived in Pune on 2nd July'19 and as per xpressbees shipment status it showing "Out For Delivery" from 3rd July To 4th July. Till time i have not receive courier because i have not received any call. I had called xpressbees customer care for 4 times[protected] and they stated, as per courier boy they trying to call me but no response from my side. The courier which is yet to deliver, is very important for me as it contains banking details then how can i ignore? On last call, the executive said that he will arrange the delivery of courier on priority basis today and after 5 mins later on i received a message from xpressbess which is as below: "Xpressbees has held Delivery of your ***Bank Ltd.. order AWB:*************, As consignee was not available. For queries Contact:[protected]." Is this priority provide to customer??? Was this information helpful? | |

I have ordered wireless speaker JBL speaker but they delivered duplicate model with brand name of JBL and it's not working properly from the beginning fake product from fake people, so please return product to such fraud people and give me my refund amount back completely.
