Xpressbees Logistics — item not being delivered | |||
A shipment with order id : 34090 and awb : [protected] from xpressbees is not being delivered to my shipment address since nov 8th. The item was out for delivery first time on nov 8th and at evening i get message from xpressbees mentioning that they postponed the delivery to next day claiming "customer requested future delivery" although i hadn't requested for the future delivery. The same thing has been happening every single day since nov 8th and the item hasn't been delivered till date. I reached out the the customer care multiple times and they assured me that the item will be delivered for sure on nov 12th by 5:30 pm. But again i don't get the shipment delivered and get the same message mentioning that "customer requested future delivery". This seems to be like some fraud since every day the delivery person is different and they are doing the same thing. I fear if they damaged my shipment or not. Kindly take strict action and ensure i get the delivery or compensation for it. Was this information helpful? | |||
