I regret very much to inform you that your delivery agent telephoned and asked me to collect my consignment no.[protected] at his convenience about 2 km. Away from my house which is the delivery address. He said the delivery area is defined on location and not on pin code. I was getting regular deliveery from your vytila office in ernakulam district and i do not know why you have changed delivery office to edappally who can not do door delivery. All other courier companies like blue dart, delhivery, amazon, flipkart etc are deliver to my address. Kindly arrange to deliver my consignment at your earliest. On the delivery status its showing it will be delivered today with the valet phone number. But on calling the delivery boy is saying he is on leave and cannot deliver after that he didn't answer any of my call.[protected] this is his number
