[Resolved] Xpressbees Logistics — Not delivered the package | |||
I have ordered a shipment from paytm and the awb is[protected]. The courier person called and asked about address. He said he doesn't know and hung up. I tried to call him more than 10 times it's either busy or not reachable. When I tracked it the reason was consignee unavailable but I was at home the whole day. The customer care is the worst. Just ivrs. The person's number is [protected] Such a worst delivery person I have ever dealt with. Was this information helpful? | |||

Very poor service from this agency. 2 times my courier is undelivered stating incomplete address however I am getting couriers from blue dart, DHl agencies on my address.
