I have ordered mobile phone in online worth 13k in express marketing agency . Product is samsung galaxy note 8 clone and i have paid for it. So its prepaid service. I have been waiting from 18.01.19 it has reached chennai hub but on 21.01.19 My shipment details show that the shipment is misrouted . How can i get my product . My shipment detail is [protected].kindly do the needfull . I have paid for the product . I need my product back. Do the needfull . Expecting that your customers will be treated properly by giving us a proper solution by handling our products back.
