Xpressbees Logistics — one one came to deliver but gave status of consignee not available

One one came to delivered my[protected] awb no product at given address but when i track my shpmnt id on the web site of xprsbees it shows consignee not avalable.. How it is possible... Every one of my house knows that a product will come from xprsbees then how the delivery boy gave status of consignee not avalable... If it dont come.. I will be go to cnsumerforearm.. Any how i want it

Sir documents are very urgent but not delivered on 3 days are show on tracking status out for delivery on 01/11/18 but no phone call are your representative to any info contact me my Awb no is [protected]
