I received the wrong product on delivery hence i sent it back with the same delivery guy who was very rude and unprofessional. Since i sent the faulty product with him, i didn’t have any product with me to return, which i obvious. I didn’t receive an return slip which said i have returned the product which in turn is affecting my refund process. This is highly unprofessional of expressbees to not return any slip or to confirm with your delivery guy wether if the product has reached the warehouse or not. This completely looks like a a case of fraud. Don’t you guys check at the end of the day how many products were let out and how many have finally come in back to the warehouse? It’s been two months now i’m struggling because of the negligence caused my you. It’s not a small amount to let go. I will deal with this on strict basis now. Was this information helpful? | |||

I already paid for product, at time of delivery, delivery boy did not give me a call nor he delivered the product and he updated as delivered, when I asked him he said he put my parcel at my doorstep, if no one is at home why he put my parcel at door and why he did not inform me . I know he kept my parcel with him only because it is paid
