Xpressbees Logistics — Product not received but marked as delivered in track

I would like to hereby inform you that i had raised a replacement request for my Boat Bassheads 242 on 28th of June. Later on 29th of June my product pickup was generated for servicing and replacement. Its been almost 10 days but the repaired or replaced product is not yet delivered at the given address via xpressbees, neither i received any call from any of the executive regarding the delivery. However when i checked the status of product on xpressbees.com, i came to know that product is already delivered on 8th of July. Anyhow i didn't received the product nor i got any call to receive the same.
